Our home is made up back 2 units and you are renting both units:
The front main house features open floor plan with two living rooms, dining room and a breakfast bar. 3 spacious bedrooms accomendate up to 6 people, also equipped with 1 full bathroom and a powder room. Cozy fireplaces in the living room with two 55 inches 4K smart TVs and kitchen opens up to the dinning area and family room.
The back unit is privately seperated from front house which features one bedroom and one full bath. Two queen beds with a study desk and a 45 inch smart 4k TV plus the FAST WIFI we offer which is perfect for business people. The laundry room is equipped with washer and dryer.

Your cooperation is deeply appreciated 🙏 • No Parties or Events: Please refrain from hosting parties, events, or large gatherings. This is essential to maintain good relations with our neighbors. Failure to comply may result in a fine of $1000 or more, or eviction without refund. I'm perfectly okay with small get-togethers or hangouts. • No Smoking: Smoking of any kind, including marijuana, is strictly prohibited within the premises. A cleaning fee of $500 will be charged for smoke damage. • Shoe-Free Environment: To keep the home clean, we kindly ask you not to wear shoes inside. You're welcome to bring your own slippers. A $300 deep cleaning fee will apply for excessive dirt and footprints. • No Pets: We have a no-pet policy. If undisclosed pets are found, a cleaning fee of $500 will be imposed. • Valid Phone Number: Please ensure your profile's phone number is accurate. We may ask for an emergency contact before check-in. • Respectful Care: Please treat our home with care, especially the kitchen. Extraordinary messes may incur an additional $300 cleaning fee. Kindly understand the effort our cleaner puts in to provide a comfortable stay. • Timely Check-Out: Unauthorized late check-out may result in an additional charge of $150 per hour. We need time to prepare for the next guests. • Furniture Placement: We request that you do not move our furniture. Please leave everything in its original place. • Personal Responsibility: While on the premises, take care of yourself and your belongings. We are not liable for accidents, injuries, or lost valuables during your stay. • Lost Items: If you discover you've left something behind, please notify us immediately.
